Router Table Feather-Boards

Feather Board System

Routing smaller items on a router table can be dangerous. A commercial shop would use a feed roller, but in a home shop feather-boards can work just as well. Most woodworkers simply cut them out as needed from scrap, but they do sell commercial versions. If you have a 3D printer, you can make some great ones using simple T track hardware. There are many versions on thingaverse, but I wanted to design one that worked as a system.

The video shows designing, printing, assembling and using the 3D printed Feather-Board system as well as the hardware needed.
